Black Rock Primary School seeks to provide a dynamic learning climate that engages students to achieve their personal best in an atmosphere of mutual respect and cooperation towards society, and the development of a sustainable future.

To continue to grow a positive learning environment, our Primary School has developed a four-year Strategic Plan. This Improvement Plan is articulated in our Strategic Plan 2022-2026 booklet.
